- Simply hit the HIIT toggle on the Generate Workout Screen or Edit Workout Screen to turn an existing routine into a shorter, timed sequential circuit. The App will auto-adjust weights to match the change in focus.
- Or, generate a new HIIT Circuit from scratch!
- New timed routines where you want a hard but shorter workout.
- Once started, the workout auto-rotates from exercise to exercise with helpful audible prompts when to work and when to rest.
