Less time switching screens. More focus on the set in front of you.
Flux 8.8.0 puts your whole workout in one scrolling view, so you can log sets, see what comes next and adjust your session from the same place. And when you want to check what you lifted last time, your exercise settings and performance history are now together.
Log your sets with less back-and-forth
Tap Start and go straight to your workout. There is no need to open a separate logging screen for each exercise or keep returning to the overview between them.
Warm-ups and working sets sit together. When you finish an exercise, Flux brings the next unfinished exercise into view, including its warm-ups, with its heading beneath the timer. You can move on to the next set without hunting for it.
See the whole session, not just one exercise
Scroll through your workout to see what you have completed and what is still ahead. Your exercises, set targets and notes are all on the same page, making it easier to keep your place or look ahead while you rest.
Supersets keep their exercise tabs within the workout, so you can switch between the exercises in a group without losing the wider session.
Adjust your workout as you train
Need another warm-up? Add it beside your working sets. Want to record a cue for an exercise? Add a note beneath it.
You can also open an exercise's menu to edit its settings, choose a swap or remove it with confirmation. The controls start from your workout, so adapting the session does not mean finding your way back to the overview. Detailed changes still open the exercise editor.
Choose your next targets with your history close by
What did you lift last time? How has your performance changed? You can now check without leaving exercise details to search elsewhere in the app.
Settings and Stats sit beneath the exercise name in the same screen. Use Settings to edit your sets and available targets, then switch to Stats to review exercise performance, training-volume trends and Previous Performance records.
Look back at a recent session before deciding today's weights or reps, or widen the date range to see the longer trend. Your history follows the exercise across routines, so changing plans does not mean losing that context.
The same Settings and Stats layout is available from your active workout, Next Up preview and saved routine workouts.
A clearer workout, with your plan intact
The new layout changes how you see and log your session, not how your routine progresses. Your saved routine, workout history and earned progression stay with you.
Next Up edits keep their existing saving rules, including relevant target changes carrying back when you complete the workout. Editing a saved routine still updates that routine. Future prebuilt targets remain locked until that workout becomes Next Up; supported swaps on remaining future days are unchanged.
Clear a check-in without it coming straight back
A scheduling fix stops a stuck check-in banner from prompting repeated reports for the same period. Deleting a report no longer makes that period immediately due again on the same device. Existing duplicate reports are not removed automatically; you can delete the ones you do not need.
Same access, simpler logging
Flux is free to download with a 14-day trial of every feature. There is no subscription or automatic charge. After the trial, Lifetime Unlock is a single purchase, and eligible existing paid owners keep permanent Full Access.
Your whole workout in view. Your progress close at hand. Fewer screens between you and your next set.
