Choosing a Flux routine should be as clear as following one. 8.7.2 puts plain-language descriptions on Choose Routine and the same three tabs you already have on a saved routine — Overview, Guide and Settings — so you can read the plan before you select it.
What you’ll notice
Flux Progressive now reads as it works: settle in for six sessions, then try to beat last time, then take a lighter Recover stretch. The workouts themselves are unchanged.
The rest of the catalogue uses the same style. Each routine says who it is for, who should pick something else, and how to run it. Lighter weeks are called Recover everywhere. Names only change when the training actually changes.
Honest Insights
Consistency now stays with the routine you are following as soon as you open the screen, from the day you started it. Targets hit is that same routine in the dates you picked. Rest-pause work you completed counts, and extra reps are no longer treated as misses.
The Routine tab uses that same start day. Week or Month on the top of Insights still lets you look at a shorter window, but never before the day you started this routine.
Same training, clearer words
Nothing about how your weights, reps or saved progress are calculated has changed. If you already follow a prebuilt routine, you keep it. The next time you open Choose Routine, or look at a programme you have not selected yet, the wording and tabs will match this release.
Flux is free to download with a 14-day trial of every feature, no subscription and no automatic charge. After the trial, Lifetime Unlock is a single purchase. Eligible existing paid owners keep permanent Full Access.
