Flux Workouts v8.0.0 Release Notes

In version 8.0.0:

  • NEW - Workout Generator. Now you can build a whole Routine ahead of the workout week!
    • Create Unlimited Routines.
    • Supports all the main split types like Push, Pull, Legs and Upper, Lower, with more planned.
    • You choose the number of days, the time you can commit per workout and preferred split and Flux will do the rest.
    • You can edit all aspects of your Routine, right down to the rest-time per exercise. It’s fully customisable.
    • Activate Adaptive Coaching on your Routine (Pro only) and Flux will  analyse your performance against the routine over time, intervening gently where it sees a plateau forming or backing you off if a deload is needed.
    • Select to Rotate Accessories in your routine and Flux will rotate in new variations of an accessory or lower tier exercise to keep things fresh.
    • Working through a Routine and cant workout at your usual place? No worries, just create a new Gym Profile with what equipment is available and Flux will regenerate your workout, swapping like-for-like exercises where possible and recalculating weight too.
    • Time saving and intensity busting Super Sets, Giant Sets and Top Set + Back Off Sets. Again, fully configurable by you.
    • Prefer Double Progression? Flux has you covered, or switch to Linear Progression if that’s your bag.
    • And much, much, more.
  • NEW - Enhanced Insights. Get deeper workout analytics to measure your performance and track progress.
    • Detailed split per muscle group performance and fatigue tracking over the course of your routine helps you spot an imbalance and rectify.
    • Measure your training performance and consistency over time, are you sticking to your plan and hitting your targets?
  • NEW - Add Custom Exercises directly from the Add Exercise page within the workout. So if you’re mid-workout and want to add a new Custom exercise, no need to break from your flow to do so.

Plus the obligatory bug fixes.

Note - if you haven’t upgraded since the earlier versions, you may need to completely delete the app and reinstall. Remember, if you want to save and restore your data, sign in within the App to back it up first!
