Flux Hybrid brings strength training and timed cardio together in three sessions per week over 12 completion-driven weeks. Choose the 45–60 minute or 60–75 minute programme, then use Treadmill Run, Rowing Machine, Outdoor Run or Assault Bike for your cardio slot. Timed targets, saved workout state and programme-specific progression keep the two types of training within one routine.
Workout Complete puts your results first
Each exercise card shows achieved load, reps or time and RIR in rows familiar from your active workout. A green tick shows when every target was hit; otherwise a mark, and Next Time lists what to hit on that set. Missing evidence is labelled clearly, and larger accessibility text uses stacked cells.
Next Time still shows the full available prescription above the progression guidance, including saved next targets for supported Routine Library logbook programmes. The simplified card keeps the focus on what you completed and what is prescribed next.
The overview now lists your personal-best sets with their details and eligible strength estimates. The muscle card centres the body diagram and orders its bars by sets worked, naming the exercises behind each total. Save Workout is at the top right throughout the review, and a brief opening movement hints at the next card.
Offline access and recovery
Offline access checks also handle an expired trial when App Store verification is unavailable. New workouts stay locked until access is verified. An already-open workout can be finished; closing the app and returning after expiry shows the paywall. Purchase recovery and Account & Data remain available. The existing rules for paid access and offline purchase verification remain in place.
Flux is free to download with a 14-day trial of every feature, no subscription and no automatic charge. After the trial, Lifetime Unlock is a single purchase. Eligible existing paid owners keep permanent Full Access.
